Jacks Consulting has developed its own business to provide focused and expert Calypso services to our clients. We have done this both by utilising our leading Calypso Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and through our internal training programme. This area of growth has been mirrored in the number of client engagements and our provision of support to them across their use and instances of Calypso.
We have expertise in delivering support and implementation tasks throughout all versions of Calypso. We also have multiple engagement experiences of supporting clients throughout their production, upgrades, migrations and implementations.

Calypso is a very flexible and configurable product, that allows also customistion where calculations are complex or per country requirements. The system allows Trading, Pricing, Valuation, Risk, P&L, Accounting, Settlement, Collateral, Payments and Much More. We do not know of any system that ticks so many boxes, compliant with regulators, and so diverse for the business with Capital Markets, Asset Management and liked business areas.
For clients that already have the software, we can provide a Health check free of charge for a maximum of two days to evaluate the configuration, process times, workflows and where possible optimisation can happen for faster and accurate processes as well as better Client User Experience
