How do you price the projects?
Projects are priced at 3 different levels:

1. Fixed Price. Where the business requirements and scoping is understood and complete. We will price the project based on an end date and the deliverables
2. For an ongoing project, the pricing is based on our consultants rate card, Time and Materials
3. SME resource required for a short period of time, to enable the client to complete the configuration, provide SME advise and delivery of training and documentation

Do you partner with other large consultancies?
Yes. We have in the past and also are open for further discussions

What is the average time for an upgrade?
This is tricky, as some will tell you 3 months and some 1 year. However we have seen many fail past the deadline. Reasons are: latest functionality in upgrade not completed, customised pricers etc not upgradeable, super-ceding functionality in latest version not understood.
However for a vanilla based upgrade, 3-6 months is the norm, where an upgrade is after multiple versions, we would allow 1 year to ensure all new functionalities are compatible, tested and understood

What are some of the changes in latest version?
Some examples:

1. OPL (Official PL)
2. Schedule Tasks
3. Front Office Workstation
4. Task Station
5. Collateral Module

What is the average time to implement a new asset class?
1. 3 months if no migration from legacy system
2. 6 months if legacy migration and migrating historical data as well as the lifecycle of the trades is implied

Which modules do clients not use due to lack of implementation knowledge?
1. CWS (Calypso Work Station) and FOWS (Front Office Workstation) - reporting frameworks for LIVE and Historical PL, Risk.
2. OPL (official PL Risk Analysis)
3. Hedge Accounting Framework

Do you provide Health-check?
